As part of the vocational training programme initiated under the guidance of Founder Chairman Dr. Augustine Pinto and Foundress Dr. Grace Pinto, students of St. Francis High School, Rane Nagar undertook an educational field visit to the renowned Ashoka Medicover Hospital in Nashik on January 28, 2026. The visit was organized for students of Classes VI and VII with the objective of providing practical exposure to various professional fields.
During the visit, students were introduced to modern medical treatment methods, advanced healthcare technologies, and their practical implementation in a hospital environment. Detailed information was provided about contemporary medical systems and operational procedures followed in the hospital. Mr. Anup Tripathi from Ashoka Medicover Hospital guided the students and addressed their queries in an interactive session. The students actively participated by asking insightful questions and clarifying their doubts. Mr. Tripathi highly appreciated this unique and commendable initiative undertaken by St. Francis High School, Rane Nagar.
Under this vocational training programme, students of the school have earlier visited various professional institutions such as a music studio, hotel industry, sports academy, B.Ed. college, and other career-oriented sectors, where they received expert guidance. The primary objective of these visits is to help students gain clarity and direction in choosing the right career path for their future. This innovative and visionary initiative has been conceptualized and introduced by the school’s Founder, Dr. Augustine Pinto.
The successful execution of this programme was made possible under the valuable guidance of the school’s Principal Mrs. Manju Patil, along with departmental heads Mrs. Bhagyashree Marathe and Mrs. Sheetal Chincholikar, who played an important role in mentoring and supporting the students throughout the activity.
