Nashik: The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic year 2025–26 was celebrated with great enthusiasm at St. Francis High School, Tidke Colony, on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The event attracted the attention of parents and students with a variety of vibrant cultural performances.
The programme began with a prayer, followed by a warm welcome and felicitation of the chief guests by the student representatives. The guests were honored with mementos and presented with saplings, conveying an important message about environmental conservation.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, students presented speeches, dances, instrumental performances, and other cultural activities, making the event lively and engaging. The ceremony also included the felicitation of students from the pre-primary section, followed by the recognition of meritorious students from the primary and secondary sections with medals and certificates of appreciation.
The chief guests for the programme included Mrs. Shivani Khade, Director of Shimla Foods; Mrs. Aarti Kothari, Director of V March; Mrs. Radha Nagare; and distinguished alumni of the school, Dr. Purvi Mehta, Mrs. Rajshree Tiwari, and Ms. Sakshi Bedade.
The programme was successfully organized under the guidance of Chairman Dr. A. F. Pinto, Director Grace Pinto, Principal Mr. Sanjay Patil, Supervisors Gurmeet Shete and Idea Fernandes, along with the dedicated efforts of the sports teachers, art teachers, and women faculty members. The ceremony concluded with a tree plantation drive and the national anthem, and witnessed an enthusiastic presence of parents.
